We come across so many organisations that just aren’t clear about what they are trying to achieve. Ultimately this results in plans that simply have no chance of success. What we bring is focus, clarity and robust no nonsense delivery. This approach means that we are asked to get involved in projects that go well beyond the traditional realm of the marketing department from creating and managing rewards and incentive schemes to designing and implementing customer satisfaction process.
We work with organisations of all types and sizes. SME’s who don’t have their own marketing people and large corporate organisations that need additional support or an outside view to keep them fresh.
We are not an ad agency or PR company so we don’t try and sell our clients things they may not need and through effective management of external agencies we’ll make sure no–one else will either. We develop affordable, common sense marketing plans and we support our clients to implement them. Equally we devote a lot of effort into measuring the results. A marketing plan without tangible, measureable results is not a good investment.
