Dinner for four or a three day conference with simultaneous translation for 320 delegates from 17 countries? They are both events which, if they go wrong, will have catastrophic results for the host organisation.

After that, you decide how much, or how little you want to be involved. Some clients want a total event and trust us that when they turn up on the day it will be perfect. With others we play an active role in their planning teams, perhaps sourcing world experts to speak or designing the conference materials but above all co–ordinating things to deliver a perfect event.

We could have a big long list here of all the things we do, but honestly it would fill pages and you would be bored reading it. It’s a cliché, but no two events are the same. An event must reflect what you want. It’s your event, not Aurora’s and we never forget that.
