Stephen Johnston is having his first highly anticipated solo show at Arttank, 58 Lisburn Road, Belfast from 2nd – 22nd December 2011.

Opening Night is on Thursday 1st December and Aurora wish him lots of success on this special occasion.

Stephen graduated from University of Ulster in 2010 with an award winning sell out final show.  Stephen’s work is inspired by nature, inanimate objects and the figurative, and plays on the interaction of these things by taking the ordinary and turning it into the extraordinary. He urges the viewer to not just look at his paintings but to see them and ask questions of them.
