Flexible New Deal

Our client won a massive government contract and needed to launch the project and brief staff.  We had 3 weeks to organise 6 events across England. As the same speakers were going to present at each event our schedule was very tight with every minute allocated. Working with the internal team we created the FND Lift Off Events. On arrival delegates were entertained by Captain Bob, seat belts were checked for take-off by the very vibrant cabin crew and the event culminated with all the delegates on their feet and singing "Reach for the Stars".

Any surprises?  In London a delegate turned up and advised us that they couldn't use the hearing loop system. They needed a signer and the conference was about to start. One of the advantages of 25 years experience is having a little black book of the best contacts in the world. Needless to say we got our signer, the event started on time and our client was delighted that we had gone the extra mile.

Did it work? Absolutely, the delegate feedback indicated the key messages had been heard and understood. The client has since used us to launch their latest big contract.
