Superstars

The client needed a companywide staff incentive programme to recognise and reward performance.  We presented a number of ideas to the client and after testing some of the proposals Superstars was born.

It was a league system with points awarded to staff for innovation and delivering great customer service. The data capture and measurement criteria were challenging to work out but we developed a very equitable system that all the staff understood and that encouraged them to support each other.

Any surprises? The response, in the first month there were over 500 nominations for innovation awards. 

Did it work? The programme is still in full swing and will run for a couple more months. The employees are still very engaged with the programme and the numbers indicate that their support and enthusiasm is still very high.
