Ashvale Engineering Official Opening

Ashvale Engineering is a family owned and run business that makes bespoke generators. The company had just moved to a new, state of the art facility and wanted to celebrate the occasion with friends, family and clients who have supported them over the years. We decided the ultimate setting would be the factory floor. What better way to show people about the company and create something a little more unique than a hotel ball room. Minutes after the factory shut for the weekend our team we moved in and transformed the inside of the factory into a venue more resembling an upmarket nightclub. With black carpet, black and white disco floor, white feather boas and lots of creative lighting all we had to do was add the jazz band to complete the makeover. Guests arrived by luxury coach and were amazed by the transformation of the factory, there were a few emotional speeches, lots of champagne and delicious food and guests danced the night away.

Any surprises? Nothing major, but we did have a large generator in the "party area" which we could not remove so we made a feature of it using gels and lighting it became quite the talking point of the night.

Did it work? The client was thrilled. They were able to say thank you to their customers and staff and at the same time show off their new facility. We have continued to work closely with them to revamp their brand and marketing materials for their push into the Middle East market.
